Jake’s Statement

I was raised in a bilingual, multicultural household and spent many summers abroad, where I learned to listen to diverse perspectives and understand varying needs. From a young age, I became deeply involved in community work—organizing fundraisers, volunteering, and eventually serving on nonprofit boards.

My journey began with organizing a veterans’ fundraiser at age 12, volunteering with children with special needs at 15, and joining that organization’s board by 17. I further developed my leadership through programs at Wharton, Cambridge, and the Ein Prat Academy, where I witnessed how purposeful action can uplift communities during times of crisis.

More recently, I’ve helped lead emergency relief initiatives, raised funds for families in need, and participated in rebuilding efforts in Utah. These experiences—along with confronting rising antisemitism and witnessing the challenges faced by students on campuses—motivated me to launch a platform that offers students credible information, encourages open dialogue, and supports diverse perspectives.

This initiative is designed to be a safe, inclusive space—bringing students and communities together to promote understanding and drive meaningful change through collaboration.
